FAQ

What is a kolobok and how does it differ from a smiley?
A kolobok doesn’t depict emotion as a simple smiley, but conveys it (an emotion, a situation, a mood) through animation. This is a complex animated drawing (a cartoon) made in pseudo-3D. At the same time, it carries a powerful charge of energy, causing positive emotions, no matter what happens on the screen.

To use your emoticons (koloboks), is it necessary to download them?
You can insert emoticons into your messages on forums and chats WITHOUT downloading, by copying a special link and pasting it in the right place. Just click on the emoticon you like and the link will appear!

Which of the suggested link options should I use?
The most popular way to “encrypt” an image so that it appears correctly in a text message is with using BBCode. If the forum’s author, where you communicate, uses it, select the ubb link.
But because we can’t predict the actions of ALL sites administrators, we suggest trying other options: html, ezboard or url.

What's the difference between the versions for dark and light backgrounds?
The "light" version on a dark background will show white spots around an emoticon. Emoticons “for dark background” are going to seem “torn” along the edges on light backgrounds. This is due to the fact that the smoothness of these works is achieved by mixing the drawings’ outlines. They turn out more rounded.

How do I download emoticons?
Go to the Smile Pack section, select the desired package depending on the desired size and click "Download".

I downloaded the file, what’s next?
Unpack the downloaded archive.
All our works are packed by archivers. You need to install any program working with archives on your computer. For example, WinRar or 7Zip. How do I install a smile pack in my email client?
All the necessary instructions are enclosed inside the emoticon archives. Download the package, unpack it, find instruction.txt file and follow the instructions.

Why don’t you have packages for my favorite messenger?
